Manufactured from LLDPE using a 5-layer blown film co-extrusion process, it provides reliable protection for harvested cotton modules against rain, wind, and contamination during field storage and transport. Each roll is 2.743m wide × 504m long, with individual sheets of 21m (9m + 12m), and weighs 100kg. The film is UV-stabilized for outdoor storage up to 24 months, with tensile strength of 35 MPa in both MD and TD directions, and single-sided adhesive tailored for high-ambient or low-ambient harvesting conditions. Compatible with John Deere CP690, CS690, CP770, and other cotton pickers using 108-inch round module wrap. Available in yellow, white, and blue.
