Our Certification
Our bale net wrap is independently tested and certified by Germany's DLG — one of Europe's most respected agricultural testing institutions. This gives buyers third-party assurance of UV resistance and tensile performance.

The DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft) is Germany's leading independent agricultural testing institution, recognized across Europe for rigorous, unbiased product evaluation. Our bale net wrap — the "Round Bale Winding Net Extreme" — has been independently tested and certified under DLG Test Report 7439, covering quality, handling, and tear-resistance under real-world agricultural conditions.
Key Test Result
Dimensional Stability at 120°C
The net showed only 8.8% dimensional change after heat exposure at 120°C — well within the maximum 30% limit set by DLG standards. This confirms high durability and reliable performance under field storage conditions.
The DLG Quality Seal with Continuous Monitoring means our product is subject to ongoing independent quality checks — not just a one-time test. Buyers can request a copy of DLG Test Report 7439 for verification.
Silage Wrap Film & Cotton Wrap Film: These products are quality-tested on every order before shipment, covering dimensions, weight, and packaging integrity. They have earned strong positive feedback from international customers in real field conditions. We do not currently hold separate third-party certifications for these product lines.

Raw Material Testing
Every batch of resin is tested for melt flow index, density, and purity before entering the production line.
In-Process Inspection
Continuous monitoring of film thickness, width, and tensile strength during extrusion and knitting.
Finished Product QC
Final inspection includes UV resistance testing, elongation at break, and packaging integrity checks.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every order is inspected before it leaves the port, covering dimensions, tensile strength, weight, and packaging integrity.
